    January 2026 Monthly Release Notes

    Analytics app: Anomaly Detection Dashboard

    New feature | released January 26, 2026

A new dashboard focused on anomaly detection data and metrics has been added to the standard view in the Analytics app. This dashboard features two distinct views: one monitors irregularities at the document level, while the second identifies irregularities at the workflow and document approval level. This ensures users have secure access to data critical for financial loss prevention, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.

    Analytics app: Report Scheduler

    New feature | released January 14, 2026

The report scheduler allows users to set up daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for all reports currently available in the standard view of the Analytics app, including Connections, Document Header-level, Users, and Workflow reports. This core feature enables data to be exported in CSV or Excel formats for internal processing, ensuring that customers can automatically receive specific data updates on a recurring basis.

    Thai Language Support

    Feature improvement | released January 26, 2026

Tradeshift now supports Thai, enhancing the user experience for Thai-speaking users.

“Cadre de facturation” Support for France

    New feature | released January 29, 2026

Tradeshift invoice viewers will now display the "Cadre de facturation" (Goods, Services, Mixed) for invoices in France. This update provides the clear classification required for French compliance.

Relationship Manager: Enhanced First Invoice Onboarding Flow

    New feature | released January 30, 2026

This update streamlines the First Invoice Onboarding flow and reduces manual effort in Relationship Manager by auto-surfacing and pre-selecting high-confidence supplier "fingerprint" phrases (such as Company Name, Country, Email Address, Tax ID) immediately after the “Identify Company” step. These attributes are pinned at the top of the “Extracted Phrases” section and marked with a confidence chip, regardless of whether a match is found or a passive account is created. This reduces manual effort and time-to-connect for AP teams while maintaining full user control and auditability.

Relationship Manager: Optional Seller Email Notification

    New feature | released January 30, 2026

Available on demand, this update ensures that sending seller activation emails is no longer forced for new seller creation and connection flows in Relationship Manager. A user-controlled checkbox "Send the email notification" will determine whether an invitation is dispatched. This change does not affect normal platform behavior and is designed to support workflows where standard activation emails are redundant.

    ScanIO: Clearance Invoices Reconciliation

    New feature | released January 15, 2026

Clearance Invoices Reconciliation ensures that buyer-ingested invoice data accurately matches government-cleared invoices. When a cleared invoice arrives in ScanIO, the system reconciles it against the supplier’s “live” TSUBL invoice already on the Tradeshift platform to identify exact matches or discrepancies. This provides visibility into data conflicts and flags integrated documents in clearance conflict, ensuring a reliable clearance traffic management solution.

ScanIO: "Look for PO" Line-Level Enrichment

    Feature enhancement | released January 1, 2026

A new “APPLY” button has been added to the “Look for PO” modal, available from both the Header and Line Items tabs. This feature is enabled when one PO line is selected; a Header invocation sets the “PO NUMBER” at the header, while a Line item invocation sets the “PO NUMBER” and “P.O. LINE ITEM REFERENCE” at the current line item. This allows users to populate PO details into the current invoice context without altering other invoice data, addressing compliance risks for cleared invoices by enabling enrichment while keeping mutation-heavy actions disabled.

    ScanIO: Additional Attachment Formats Supported

    Feature enhancement | released January 19, 2026

ScanIO now supports adding Excel and CSV files as invoice attachments during the stop-and-enrich flow. Specifically, users can upload XLSX, XLSM, and CSV files. These formats are accepted for upload and download, ensuring attachments persist and remain accessible in Document Manager after dispatch. This update allows customers to enrich invoices by attaching spreadsheet artifacts produced during clearance workflows that were previously rejected by attachment validation. Note that while these formats are supported, a preview is not available.

    ScanIO: Ability to Delete Attachments

    New feature | released January 30, 2026

Users can now delete their own manually uploaded attachments within ScanIO to correct mistakes when incorrect files are attached. For security and audit purposes, an attachment can only be deleted by the original uploader or the uploader’s primary user. This feature does not apply to attachments ingested via external integrations (such as Babelway or Portal), which remain protected to preserve compliance and audit trails for clearance flows.
