    AskAda for Sellers

    New feature | released November 26th 2024


    AskAda, our AI-powered digital assistant, is now available to subscription-paying sellers, providing quick answers to questions about the platform's functionality. By delivering fast, accurate product-related responses 24/7, AskAda improves efficiency and supports sellers throughout their journey.

    Globalization: VAT rate changes for Indonesia

    Functional improvement | released November 19th 2024


    The VAT Standard 10% rate has been removed and replaced with the following updates:

    • A temporary Standard VAT 11% rate has been added, valid until March 2025.

    • A new VAT Standard 12% rate has been added.

    These changes are live in the Tax Selector to ensure compliance with regulations in Indonesia.

    Buyer Marketplace Manager app

    UX improvement | released November 18th 2024


    Default offer sorting has been updated so that offers requiring the buyer's action appear at the top of the list. This change applies only to newly updated offers and aims to improve the visibility of offers that need the buyer's attention.


    Goods Receipt app

    UX improvement | released November 28th 2024


    By default, no line is selected when opening a draft Goods Receipt document. This change helps prevent mistakenly submitting incomplete GR documents by ensuring the user manually selects the relevant lines before submission.


    Purchase Request and Purchase Order

    Feature improvement | released November 28th 2024


    Customer fields CustField1..5 from the OCR seller’s webshop are now carried over and visible in both the Purchase Request and Purchase Order, including the PDF version of the PO. This ensures that the seller receives the necessary data in the PO PDF to define the ordered product or service.


    Document Manager

    Feature improvement | released November 26th 2024


    The invoiced and receipted balance will now be displayed in the Document Manager for Purchase Orders and Order Changes. This enhancement provides better visibility of these balances within the system.


    DataLake

    Feature improvement | released November 4th 2024


    When tasks or assignments are put on hold in the Task Manager application, the event is now published to the DataLake. This change enhances reporting on tasks and assignments.

    Document state change events are now pushed to the business audit trail. This integration extends the business audit trail, providing better auditing capabilities for workflow execution.


    API Access to Own Account

    Feature improvement | released November 26th 2024


    The APIAccessToOwnAccount OAuth 1.0 token and token secret can now be rotated via the Tradeshift API, not just the UI. This update allows API integrations to rotate tokens through the API, enabling the implementation of client-side token expiration policies.
