Deep linking with Zendesk enables our Support colleagues to go from Zendesk straight to a Tradeshift account with a single confirmation click in JUVO. This is a big time saver for Support (60h clicking /month).

Supplier Marketplace Manager

New Feature

Supplier Marketplace Manager is a new settings section that has been added and can be accessed via the gear icon on the top right part of the screen. Following this implementation, mapping custom Purchasable Unit of Measure (PUOM) with Tradeshift standard can be created, visualized and maintained in the UI. This new feature was implemented because sellers who use their own taxonomy standards (or custom) will have a smoother transition to Tradeshift, without having to change already existing internal processes and tools.

Following this improvement to Order Collaboration, Purchase Orders can be responded to via REST API both by Sellers and Buyers.  The Accept, Confirm, Reject, and Respond actions are supported.
